Team Member

Location: Playa Bowls Springboro, Ohio

Pay: $10.50 Tips Hourly

Position: Part Time Team Member, some weekends and Holidays are mandatory

What you’ll do:

Team Member: This is a crucial position whose responsibility is communicating with guests and supporting the team. This is done while ensuring that food quality and Company standards are met. The Team member ensures that guest satisfaction always takes priority.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

• Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
• Maintain a positive work environment for guests and team member
• Check products to ensure consistency, palatability, and flavor
  conformity.
• Receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to
  verify product quality and quantity.
• Perform food preparation or service tasks such as food preparation,
  clearing tables, and serving food and drinks.
• Utilize Clover point of sale cash register system.
• Addressing any questions or comments that guests may have.
• Take guest orders, assemble the orders
• Replenish supplies and condiments and maintain inventory
• Notifying team members of any food orders or food shortages.
• Ensuring that food quality and company standards are met
• Food preparation methods, portion size, garnishing, and
presentation of food is accurate portions and up to Company Standards
