Who You Are: As a Marketing & Sales Manager, you’re a positive and enthusiastic people-person, who may just so happen to have a passion for fruit, superfoods, and all things healthy! You will be responsible for maintaining and managing 10 shops growth both virtually on social media platforms as well as in-shop.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule posts for locations using scheduling software on social media accounts
- Create, run, and report loyalty campaigns
- Track growth of each shop’s social media channels
- Schedule and attend events at local gyms to promote the business
- Work with shop managers to schedule marketing activities and monitor growth
- Create assets and content across all locations for both digital and in-shop use
- Review and execute marketing plans, including corporate initiatives
- Work with local social media influencers to conduct additional visibility and giveaways
- Conduct weekly business drop offs of product to build our clientele
- Work with company’s catering program to grow our catering network and service
