Play to Grow OT is looking to hire Occupational Therapy Assistants with a passion for Early Intervention and young children, holistic and nature/natural setting-based therapy that is client-centered, and an interdisciplinary mindset to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and their families. New graduates welcome! This is for a contractor position only.

Looking for coverage in Orange County, Durham County, Greensboro and Wake County.

Play to Grow OT is a locally owned Pediatric Occupational Therapy practice serving children Birth-3 years in the Durham, Raleigh, Orange, and Greensboro County areas. We are extremely passionate about providing our children and families with the most client-centered and ethical treatment possible, while facilitating a healthy work-life balance for our therapists.

While working as a contracted OT, you will be paid on a per visit basis at a highly competitive rate of up to $45/hour (with room to negotiate and match other offers). Play to Grow OT will also offer the following benefits:

- Flexible schedule created by YOU to suit your lifestyle

- Accept clients based on their location, and only accept cases you are comfortable working with

- Administrative staff to obtain all referrals, doctors orders, prior authorizations, and more to give therapists more time to TREAT rather than be at a desk

- Use of FUSION EMR and secure E-Mail system with personalized work e-mail

- Mentorship provided to all COTAs, and additional supports for those who may be new graduates or those new to early intervention

- Retention and referral bonuses available annually including a self-care bonus and CEU bonus

- Monthly paid team meetings to collaborate with other team members about caseload, new treatment methods, and just life in general!

- Part-time position available (10-15 visits per week) with opportunity for full-time if desired, it's your choice! You can work 10 hours a week or 40.

- Collaboration and mentorship from an SOS Approach Advanced clinician to implement feeding therapy for our EI and young child population
