Play and Learn in Hatboro seeking enthusiastic and reliable summer camp assistants to join our summer camp team ! Work in a fun and friendly environment, where PLAYING & LEARNING come together!

During Play and Learn Summer Camp, children will get to experience the wonders of a summer vacation! It’s also a great way to get kids acclimated to a preschool program. From arts and crafts to picnics and water play, there are many exciting adventures every day. This isn’t your average early learning center summer program! We have new programs every week with a variety of activities around weekly themes. Special events are offered to help children discover the world around them, and outdoor play is balanced with cool-off time spent in air-conditioned indoor spaces.

Position Details

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Camp season runs from June 17, 2024, to August 29, 2024
• Potential for ongoing employment during the school year for those interested

We are seeking qualified camp counselors who will:

• Supervise indoor and outdoor play which includes water play (sprinklers), picnic lunch, playground fun, and special outdoor programs. ,
• Infuse creativity into our summer themes, crafting engaging experiences for our campers

Qualified candidates for this position will have the following:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years of related child care experience
• CDA (Child Development

Associate Certificate) a plus!
