**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team and support the educational development of students. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in creating a positive learning environment and provide individualized attention to students. **Responsibilities:** - Support the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans - Assist students with classroom tasks and assignments - Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help - Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment - Assist in managing student behavior and promoting positive interactions **Experience:** - Experience working with children, preferably in a classroom or childcare setting - Knowledge of literacy education and math concepts - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Experience working with students with autism is a plus - Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents Joining our team as a Teacher's Aide offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.
