Full-time Lead Teacher
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor's Degree, preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Candidate actively working toward a BA will be considered.
- Knowledge of CT ELDS and NAEYC standards.
- Must be a team player, energetic and compassionate.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the daily curriculum designed to meet the social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs of each child.
- Providing care of children in a safe and positive environment.
- Striving to foster creativity and socialization skills.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with families.
- Supervising classroom staff in the classroom.
- Working closely and effectively in a team setting.
- Attending and participating in conferences, workshops as requested for continuing education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
