• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Perform specialized procedures such as arterial line insertions, central line care, and ventilator management.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and home care procedures.
