Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle cash transactions, deposits, and manage payroll efficiently.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively for transactions and reporting.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage backstock levels.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail management with a strong background in POS systems, shift management, sales management, cash handling, retail math, payroll, and team management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors effectively.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving store goals.
