Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-store in a friendly and approachable manner.

• Set up and dismantle event displays and materials in a visually appealing and inviting presentation of our products for retail locations.
• Showcase our products through lively and engaging demonstrations, effectively communicating product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Record and report on sales performance and customer interactions to provide valuable insights.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets, contributing to a positive retail experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating an understanding of basic customer service principles.
• Some college coursework in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred for a more well-rounded representative.
• Prior retail sales or customer service experience to enhance your effectiveness as a Brand Representative.
• Bring an outgoing personality with a genuine enthusiasm for interacting with people, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with customers and team members alike.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of both the retail setting and potential customers.
• Willingness to travel to different cities for events, expanding our reach and connecting with diverse customer bases.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for seamless navigation to various retail locations.
