Job Overview

Platinum Recovery is seeking an energetic, dedicated, and focused individual to join our outstanding collections team as a Collections Representative. The Collection Representative is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts (consumer, healthcare, commercial) and following up to satisfy the outstanding balances owed to our clients. This is accomplished through utilizing our state-of-the-art technology stack, including account management software, telephone system, messaging systems, and skip tracing tools.

Training

Platinum Recovery requires 2 weeks of hands-on, one-on-one, paid training for all employees at the beginning of employment. Following the initial 2 week period, supplementary instruction is provided by staff members and management.

Compensation

The Collections Representative is provided hourly compensation, with a generous bonus incentive for performance on established metrics. Hourly compensation and bonuses are paid out bi-monthly. Average additional compensation is $150-$300 every two weeks.

Based on collection floor performance, Collections Representatives are permitted to leave the office early every Friday, so long as established goals are met. Earned time off is fully paid.

Schedule

Full time schedule Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, with an hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks. Employees are permitted to leave early on Fridays, if weekly performance standards are achieved. The training schedule follows standard working hours.
