EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK NEEDED FOR EXPANDING CENTRAL PA DEALERSHIP GROUP
Platinum Central PA is seeking an experienced Title Clerk for our high volume, fast-paced dealership located in Carlisle, PA. Position available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
- Ensure that online registration is timely and within state guidelines
- Review incoming titles for accuracy
- Work closely with Sales & Finance Managers to resolve title issues
- Report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provide a current list of outstanding titles
Qualifications:
- Auto Title Processing 6 months to 1 year experience preferred
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Dependable
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Ability to provide quality customer service
