PARKING FACILITY MAINTENANCE PORTER DOWNTOWN DALLAS

Full-Time position M-F 6am - 3:00pm

$15 PER HOUR

Responsibilities and Duties: this is a maintenanceposition

Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash pickup, scrubbing, etc.)

• Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality
• Courteous and friendly
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to drive a golf cart

Qualifications and Skills for Parking Facility Maintenance:

1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred

High School education or equivalent

• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
