Trainers will manage client scheduling, facilitate 1 on 1 personal training, prescribe and educate clients on the specific exercise they will be performing outside of their training sessions weekly, and have the best of both independent and team work worlds.
Personal trainers have a client retention goal each month and are paid an hourly rate.
-1v1 development
-Monthly team development meetings
-Quarterly training team development workshops
Continual development programs and approaches to help each team member grow both personally and professionally.
