• Parts Sales Associate Part Time - Full Time

Minimum 4 yrs previous experience working in an Auto Dealership or Auto Repair Shop dealing directly with mechanics and customers.

Basic automotive and mechanics knowledge highly preferred

Previous experience in building estimates for repairs, base knowledge of parts and materials needed to complete repairs.

Previous experience placing parts orders with many different parts suppliers, ability to find or negotiate best price, and availability on parts.

Must have great Customer Service skills that include but are not limited to:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent with follow-up & follow-through in a timely manner
• Ability to promote and upsell to Customers needs
• Time management and efficiency awareness

Sales Associate is responsible for placing parts orders, building parts estimates and upselling parts based on customer needs. Locating best price and availability on all orders. Entering orders into inventory and billing out on invoices. Shipping and receiving of parts orders. Processing Core returns and Credits. Processing invoices, Purchase orders, and parts warranty claim filing. Inventory management, lifting heavy items and keeping inventory organized. Maintaining constant awareness of parts ETA to fulfill orders. Timely communication with Service Department and customers on progress of all parts orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
