As the Associate Manager, Partnerships, your primary goal is to support and enhance PQH’s relationships with patient advocacy groups and healthcare society partners. Through proactive engagement and dedicated relationship management, you will play a pivotal role in expanding PQH’s collaborative network and advancing its educational initiatives for patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective advocacy groups, membership societies, and other potential healthcare industry partners for collaboration on educational activities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and medical teams to ensure alignment in partner selection and define respective roles in collaborative endeavors.
• Prepare presentation materials, including slide decks and other resources, to effectively communicate PQH’s value proposition to potential partners.
• Proactively initiate outreach efforts, engage with potential partners, and oversee the onboarding process for collaborative partners.
• Establish and nurture positive collaborations by providing continuous support, addressing concerns or challenges, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Provide support in developing and managing partner contracts to ensure clarity and alignment of expectations.
• Track progress and provide status updates to internal teams and assigned partners.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of departmental processes to optimize partnership management.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in partnership or account management, preferably in healthcare.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving priorities and address challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn about healthcare trends, patient advocacy, and the role of partnerships in advancing health education.
