· High school diploma or equivalent education.
· Prior experience in a similar material handling role is preferred but not required.
· Attention to detail and ability to identify defects or irregularities in parts.
· Basic understanding of safety protocols and practices in an industrial setting.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills.
· Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
· Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled, industrial environment.
