Come join our team at Breckenridge Brewery! Our restaurant in Littleton is the place to be this summer! We are currently hiring for all BOH positions, including line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers. We are seeking team oriented candidates with positive attitudes and the ability to perform under pressure. Experience in high volume kitchens in preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Ensuring that the kitchen always has a stocked supply of plates, glassware and silverware

Assembling and breaking down the dish machine

Communicating with management team to ensure we have the product that we need

Ability to set up a three compartment sink and wash dishes by hand, when necessary

Cleaning of dishes and kitchen facilities/equipment.

Operate manual and automatic dishwashing equipment.

Re-stock/put-away of dishes and equipment.

Work at a fast pace without sacrificing safety or quality.

Ability to lift 30 plus pounds repeatedly

Ability to work in high-speed, hot environment.

Exceptional time management and organization skills

Ability to use all standard kitchen equipment

Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
