As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing a range of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offersMaintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits records, and performance reviewsProvide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and proceduresAssist with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion initiativesConduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, and recommend appropriate actionAssist with the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plansCoordinate and deliver employee training and development programsAdminister employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plansAssist with the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and analyticsQ UALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environmentKnowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR softwareAbility to maintain strict confidentiality #LI-JH1 #BHPABOUT BACKCOUNTRY :Our mission is to connect people to their passions.
