Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team. The Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in the seamless integration of new acquisitions into our IT infrastructure. With a focus on maintaining IT standards and best practices, this role oversees the creation, documentation, and management of IT profiles for new acquisitions, coordinates transition planning, and provides ongoing level III and IV technical support.

What you will do:

• Create, document, and manage IT profiles for new and upcoming acquisitions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant email mailbox migrations with O365, Google Workspace, ensuring a smooth transition, minimal disruption and maintaining accuracy.
• Provide ongoing level III and IV technical support for headquarters and acquisitions, resolving complex IT issues promptly.
• Coordinate transition planning and support of IT services for new acquisitions, including network analysis and solution implementation.
• Manage and support projects and tasks of various sizes to integrate IT services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement IT onboarding procedures for new acquisitions to meet PAG standards, while optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze networking systems, equipment and policies of new acquisitions and create solutions that align with PAG standards and best practices.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT systems management, with a focus on integration and migration projects.
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, processes, and best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in tenant-to-tenant email migrations with O365 & Google Workspace.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
