Shift / Production SupervisorAs Shift / Production Supervisor, you are responsible for operational performance excellence of your shift.
You ensure policies & procedures are upheld in our safety-first & quality-oriented cultureWe OfferSet Schedules :
12 hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule.Stability & Growth :

Ensure all standards are upheld during the shift, including GMP, ISO, SPC, quality and safety.Monitor documentation and data entry for accuracy & compliance with processes & procedures.
Facilitate scheduled work orders, ensuring customer requirements are met, including required materials to fulfill work orders.
Provide on-the-job training to new associates on the line & with auxiliary equipment.Relieve Technicians for breaks and fill-in, as needed.
