Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Manager

to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction from order entry through production. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between internal departments and customers. You will be responsible for keeping all departments informed, meeting timelines, and delivering on promises. Additionally, you will promptly communicate any delays or changes to customers to manage expectations effectively.
  • Communication Management: Maintain a detailed communication log documenting all interactions with customers. This log will serve as a crucial reference point for tracking progress and ensuring transparency in all communications.
  • Order Management: Review the open order report daily to identify any potential issues or delays. Follow up with relevant departments to address these issues promptly and ensure orders progress smoothly through the production process.
  • Order Entry and Processing: Receive and accurately enter orders or change orders using IQMS, our order management system. Your attention to detail in this process will be vital to maintaining accurate records and facilitating efficient production scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the process, from order entry to delivery. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns they may have, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure their needs are met satisfactorily.
  • Quoting and Scheduling Assistance: Support the quoting process and scheduling efforts as needed. Your involvement in these areas will help ensure accurate and timely responses to customer requests and optimal utilization of production resources.
  • Contract Review: Participate in contract reviews to ensure a thorough understanding of the promises made to customers. By aligning internal processes with contractual obligations, you will help uphold our commitments and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in order management systems, preferably IQMS, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and proactively address potential issues.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
