Job Description:

Plastic Express, Inc. is a wholesale distribution company located in Union, New Jersey providing service to companies throughout the Tri-State area. We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Returns Coordinator who will be responsible for receiving and processing customer returns for Amazon. Ecommerce Returns Coordinator will also monitor and inspect items returned from Amazon, liaise with Amazon support and vendors to secure maximum credits for defective and damaged items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect items returned from Amazon: assess condition and conformity, allocate them to the appropriate zone.
• Photograph evidence of faulty returns according to claim requirements.
• Open cases with Amazon to obtain reimbursements as necessary, and monitor case resolutions.
• Return items to vendors: handle documentation, prepare items for return, and oversee the process.
• Maintain regular contact with vendors to ensure timely receipt of credits.
• Prepare and conduct regular inventories according to company procedures.
• Maintain and provide reporting on all processes.
• List products on Amazon.

Qualifications:

• Strong data analytics skills to handle large sets of data
• Previous experience in ecommerce returns processing or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer software and Excel at an advanced user level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ecommerce platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Conversational level English.
