Baker for Vegan, GF Bakery
We have a growing, plant based, gluten-free bakery business and are looking for someone great to help with production!

You should:

  • have 2 years of baking experience
  • have experience executing recipes in a commercial kitchen
  • have experience decorating cakes and pastries
  • be able to manage inventory

Your strong suits are:

  • You can effectively manage your time
  • You have solid communication and team work skills
  • You are outgoing and have a fun personality and like to engage with our customers to optimize their shopping experience
  • have an interest in sustainable and healthy living and are curious to learn about the products in our store
  • must be able to lift 50 lbs

About the Job:
- 30-40 hours a week

- you must be available Mon-Fri day hours, and some Saturday mornings

- $18/hour (plus tips) depending on experience
- Work and grow alongside the woman owner of the business who is passionate to bring healthy and ultra delicious baked goods to the community.
- We are proud to be in our 5th year of business. The owner started and grew the business out of our her home kitchen to what it is now. We service all of San Diego via wholesale, have a store front, our products are present in retail stores and we have an E-commerce platform and ship nationwide.
