Planters Inn On Reynolds Square in Savannah, GA is looking for FRONT DESK agents to join our 28 person strong team. We are located on 29 Abercorn St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable. Great for summer job or part time.
We are looking for energetic personable people to work 3pm-11pm .
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings as needed
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Perform check in and check out procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Transportation
