Planted Provisioning is Hiring a Garden Technician Near Lansing, MI
Job Description:
We are a fully licensed organic cannabis grow operation and are looking for someone interested in the industry who can assist with daily tasks from the beginning to end of plant cycle; including but not limited to:
- Potting adolescent plants into soil
- Feeding/watering
- Trimming branches/leaves
- Harvesting fully mature plants
- Post harvest such as curing and dry trimming
- Ensuring the facility is clean and well organized
- Follow safety measures put in place
Skills/Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as required (soil, fertilizer, and other equipment)
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders
- Basic computer literacy
- Dexterity to use scissors, hoses, and basic tools
- Ability to stand up to 8 hrs/ day
- Must be able to work in humid/hot conditions
- Self motivation to work independently or with a team and improve performance
- Cannabis cultivation experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Gardening/Cultivation: 1 year (Preferred)

- Driver's License (Required)
