- Our Floor start at $20.00 per hour.
- Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

- Properly sand and refinish flooring in an efficient manner.
- Knowledge of different stains and coats for refinishing floors.
- Installing carpeting, hardwood floors, trims and bases to floors or other surfaces.
- Inspecting, measuring and preparing surfaces to be covered.
- Inspecting and repairing damaged floor coverings.
- 3 years of related preventative maintenance experience.
- Willingness to work and ability to perform during emergencies.
- Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
- English required and Spanish is a plus.
