Overview

Seeking a Program Manager with experience overseeing multiple Projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a Air Force and Special Operations experience. The candidate shall possess the skills for successful project management and delivery: project initiation, scheduling, cost control, resource management, and project close-out. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
    Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trainers, engineers, programmers, technicians, customer stakeholders, and industry experts, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop roadmap and implementation plan for both current and future projects. Coordinate with growth team the timing of new projects.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or scope, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, promoting collaboration, communication, and a positive work environment in a highly regulated environment.
  • Track project progress, regularly report on key metrics and milestones to stakeholders, and ensure transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with industry and DoD stakeholders to understand customer requirements, solutions communication protocols, and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to cloud, data platforms, data mesh, and unified communications systems modernization, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing among the team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, security standards, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle where applicable.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree desired, may be replaced with appropriate project and professional experience.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as Project Manager, leading and delivering a variety of projects with a focus Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, within a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Customers, and regulatory experts at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions while adhering to industry best practices, communication and security protocols.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification) is a plus.
  • Understanding of DoD mission, protocols, and security requirements is a plus but not a requirement.
