Job Description
******This job will be located in Garden Grove, CA******
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team at our Garden Grove Location!
This is an onsite position. This position will be responsible for coordinating the permitting of major warehouse racking, conveyor system, and LED lighting projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers and sales team with organizing and executing projects
- Obtain all required registrations and licensure necessary for each project
- Coordinate the timely submission tracking and receipt of building permits all over the country
- Coordinate with engineers to solve plan deficiencies and mitigate permit comments
- Obtain quotes for various project categories
- Assist in the writing of customer proposals
- Create purchase orders and review invoices
- Communicate with the customers and vendors throughout the delivery, installation, and permitting process
Job Qualifications:
- Strong project coordination skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Experienced with Salesforce, Excel and Word
- IT knowledge desired
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective multitasking and prioritizing system
- Ability to work under pressure
- BA / BS preferred
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Team player
