As a socially responsible health care employer and provider, we require our associates to show proof of annual influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations unless approved exemption is provided. Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio/Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio is seeking a mission-minded Associate to join us as a full time (37.5 per week) Recruiter.
SUMMARY
The Recruiter is a champion of the “In This Together” ethos with a focus on “Caring for the Business” and “Respecting and Honoring all People.” This role is responsible for carrying out full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending placement of potential associates. Works in partnership with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to execute on recruiting strategy that aims to meet the diversity, equity, and inclusion goals of the affiliate. The Recruiter is resourceful and executes on delivering high quality talent for the affiliate.
