Float Health Center Associate II (HCA II) - Twin Cities Metro Area, MN
Sites include: Brooklyn Park, Rice Street, Richfield, Woodbury, Eden Prairie, Apple Valley, Mankato, and Rochester
Starting salary for candidate who meets minimum requirements (Experience will be compensated): $20 /hr.
$3/hour evening, $1.50/hour weekend and/or $4/hour float differential provided when shift requirements are met.
Typical Schedule: 32 hours/week

What to expect:
Under immediate supervision of the Float Team Manager, the Float Health Center Associate (HCA) II performs a wide variety of functions. As the first patient contact in the clinic, the Float HCA II plays a critical role in shaping the experience of our patients. Float HCA IIs are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and patient care as well as supporting the operations of the health center. Float HCA IIs perform routine clinic duties associated with a reproductive health program within the scope of their training. Float HCA IIs are advocates in implementing our mission "To affirm the right to reproductive and sexual health and freedom for all by providing excellent care, trusted education, and fierce advocacy." They may perform other related duties to support health center operations as assigned.
Schedule: Four 6-8-hour shifts per week plus travel time. Shifts start as early as 7:45am and end as late as 8:30pm.
Must live in the Twin Cities metro area and be willing to meet float travel requirements to Brooklyn Park, Rice Street, Richfield, Woodbury, Eden Prairie, Apple Valley, Mankato, and Rochester.

This position is included in the SEIU bargaining unit, and depending on state law, requires union dues be deducted from employee paychecks in an amount up to 2.25% of gross pay
