What to expect:
Under the direct supervision of the Associate Vice President of Development, the Director of Leadership Annual Giving is a driver in the PPNCS Foundation's goal to diversify, engage, and grow the number and impact of mid-level donors annually. In partnership with the AVP and Director of Donor Engagement, the Director will oversee a regional leadership annual giving program that maximizes giving between $1,000-$10,000 and communicates and celebrates the impact of philanthropy. The position manages a regional team of frontline mid-level gift officers and oversees and evaluates the team's implementation of creative, strategic donor engagement, qualification, solicitation, and stewardship initiatives to grow revenue and expand the donor pipeline. The Leadership Annual Giving Director actively manages a portfolio of high-level annual donors and volunteers, partners with Major Gifts staff to ensure integration of the mid-level donor program, and supports emerging donor engagement programs. Directors of Leadership Annual Giving are advocates in implementing our mission of "Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all." They may perform other related duties as assigned.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Occasional travel throughout the region to meet with donors and attend events.
