Sales Associate -Call Center

In this role you’ll be joining a great team of fellow visionaries whose mission is to create and distribute software that makes it easy for anyone to access capital. Our mission is to level the playing field between Wall Street and Main Street.

What you’ll be responsible for:

The Sales Associate will lead Planet Wealth’s capital raising team. The Sales Associate will report to the CEO and work with leadership to carry out the business model and develop additional programs to expand the company’s investor base. The successful candidate will also deliver quotes to our customers and manage the internal workings of the sales team, as well as participate in strategy development. As such, excellent organization, mastery of the sales processes as well as written and verbal communication skills are required. If you enjoy working in a startup environment and have a strong work ethic, we would like to hear from you.

We are a small team, so it’s “all hands-on deck” at all times. You should be flexible, be able to take direction and be willing to pitch in to get the job done. You must be able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the company. A great dynamic personality and the ability to work along fellow colleagues is crucial.

What we look for in a candidate:

  • Proven Sales performance and strong presentation skills.
  • Telephone sales experience.
  • Professional, with respect for rules and regulations.
  • Experience selling financial products is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and achieve strategic company objectives.
  • Accurately forecast commits by both month and quarter, and deliver attainment to quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Experienced (3 years) high-growth SaaS leader with experience leading sales teams.
  • Experience driving best practices in a channel or distributor environment.
  • Experience in developing scalable relationships with target partners, to expand the partner ecosystem in targeted regions.
  • Record of high performance in consistently meeting and exceeding plan, while supporting majority of direct reports to success.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Track record of success in selling new products and early access solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • 4 years of experience working in business development/sales/operations roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail.
  • Willingness to perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete important tasks.
  • Sense of urgency, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • The ability to work well in teams, with peers and management.
