Planet Technology has a great Direct Hire/Perm opportunity for a Workday Senior HR IT Operations Manager. Preferred hybrid locations: Miami FL, Dallas TX, or Bentonville AR. Relocation package available.

Role Description/Responsibilities:

The Sr. Manager of IT Operations will work as part of the client's HR Technology team and will be responsible for leading various efforts and complex projects pertaining to all technology within the HR Operations value stream. This incumbent will own the end-to-end customer experience and help drive and influence the product roadmap to meet the customer needs. This role will liaison directly with internal customers to represent their journey, working cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch. A strong candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem solving capabilities, have an analytical mindset, and the ability to bridge the technical and business worlds. The ideal candidate must also have a passion for driving change and be customer focused.

• Experience working as a leader and collaborator in a team-oriented environment is essential
• Outstanding presentation and leadership skills; high EQ with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
• History of driving complex, ambiguous projects across multiple groups of stakeholders
