Planet Smoothie is searching for a dedicated store manager that can lead a proven concept to success in a new market. This will require patience and flexibility as we hire and train a new team from the ground up into a well oiled machine. This unique situation presents an excellent opportunity to solidify yourself as an asset to the company and be involved with the growth of this store and our future locations.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating the optimum guest experience, maintaining a healthy team environment, and ensuring the store runs efficiently. You will be expected to lead by example in how you interact with the customers, your team, and store inventory.

Job Duties:

● Manage and oversee the entire store operation

● Deliver exceptional guest services

● Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints

● Organize and supervise shifts

● Manage and lead staff

● Develop hourly and salary staff

● Hire new employees

● Terminate employees when necessary

● Training and evaluate staff performance

● Manage food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory

● Control costs and minimize waste

● Create and nurture a positive working environment

● Report directly to franchisee

Job Qualifications:

● Ideally, 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role

● Ideally, 3 years of experience in customer service management

● Computer literacy

● Familiarity with restaurant management software

● Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills

● Good financial management skills

● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

● Team player

● Good time-management skills

● Great interpersonal and communication skills
