Product Specialist - Sales Associate in Powersports

Planet Powersports sales are growing year after year! Are you an experienced, detail and process-oriented, self-motivated salesperson with strong phone skills? Ideal candidate has strong office/pc skills, and is familiar with online marketplaces, and has 3-5 years of experience in unit/vehicle sales. Personal or professional experience with powersports is preferred. And a motorcycle endorsement is strongly preferred.

Our Product Team is:

Core responsibilities:

• Greet Customers in a timely manner
• Answer customer questions, find answers to their questions, demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, and help them find the vehicle they desire or best fits their needs.
• Follow up with customers by phone and email who are still considering a vehicle or own have already purchased.
• Familiarize yourself with our new and pre-owned products so that you can be the best resource to your customer. Previous motorcycles, ATV, snowmobile and other powersports vehicles are helpful.
• Share fun product knowledge and customer stories on Facebook and YouTube. Smartphone photography and video experience is helpful.
• Demo ride with customers when needed. Motorcycle license encouraged.

Office software, personal computer, social media, and email experience needed. YouTube/Video experience is a plus. Please come in and fill out an application for on-the-spot interviews.
