Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Willingness and ability to learn new POS software

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to effectively and professionally convey information to others

- Highly adaptable with the ability to work under pressure

- Ensure accuracy of guest food orders

- Follow all food handling and food safety procedures

- Ability to handle money

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greet the Guests

- Provide food/menu information

- Food prep and serving with prior experience with food handling preferred

- Complete sales transactions and handle cash

- Maintain cleanliness of serving area, kitchen, seating area.

- Stock food and concessions inventory

- Other duties as assigned

We are looking for a Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, . To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. You should be available to take evening and weekend shifts . Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the cafe
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Skills

• Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Basic PC knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 45 per week
