Current Client Account Executives sell new software products & solutions to our current client base.
Job Duties
Actively reach out to existing clients, including private dental practices, mid-size, and emerging DSO’s
Effectively demonstrate the product and articulate the value proposition to prospective buyers
Primary responsibility is to collaborate with clients to identify their challenges and needs to increase the value of their programs with the addition of new products
Strategic Account Planning – researching client account history
Manage ongoing client outreach campaigns
Effectively manage sales opportunity pipeline
Conduct live product demos
Hit monthly revenue targets
Other responsibilities:
Partner and collaborate with current client sales team to learn & share best practices
Understand customer requirements and facilitate customer support as needed
Work closely with Customer Success team
Consistently hit sales activity KPI’s and maintain good SFDC hygiene
New Hire Ramp
New Hire Training – 4 days virtual
Additional training - 3 weeks, including one week on site product training
Product demo certification required prior to selling
Watch pertinent recorded training demos
Spend time observing team on live client calls
Maintain unimpeachable understanding of product, to include new releases
Including setup, RCM, specialty, and work arounds
Proficiency in all Planet DDS product lines
Maintain industry knowledge including competition
Stay current on industry trends and hot topics and be ready to discuss during sales process
Consistent communication with sales and marketing to inform of competitive learnings and industry trends

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
