Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern who will be assigned to work with our HR Team. They will assist in filling US-based requisitions and ensuring that recruitment records are up-to-date.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Assist in screening candidate's resumes and job applications
• Assist in conducting job offers and onboarding candidates
• Ensure candidate's records are updated
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Must be creative and resourceful
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, PowerPoint
