PLANAR SYSTEMS INC is Hiring a Build Engineer (Part-Time) Near Corvallis, OR
NaturalPoint is seeking a Build Engineer to add to their quality team.
What you'll do:
- Own and maintain the company build system including all build nodes and the build server.
- Quickly respond to build-related issues, working with engineering to resolve them.
- Develop new modular, pipeline-based build jobs for existing and new products.
- Help migrate build nodes to a suite of new build nodes.
- Communicate effectively with QA and engineering about build system changes and advancements.
What you'll bring:
- B.S. in a technical discipline, or in at least Junior year of seeking such a degree.
- Experience with Jenkins-based software build systems, Jenkins pipelines and jobs.
- Experience with Groovy and Python scripting.
- Knowledge of C/C with ability to diagnose and fix build issues related to software.
- Skilled problem-solver who will seek solutions through to completion.
Schedule:
This is part time position 10-15 hrs per week.
