Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and ordering supplies
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus, such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Please note that this is not a remote position. The front desk receptionist will be required to work on-site at our office location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
