```Duties```
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise and engage children in play, both indoors and outdoors
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Change diapers and assist with toilet training
- Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues using appropriate behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment

```Skills```
- Experience working with children, such as babysitting, nannying, or daycare experience
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and co-workers
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom or childcare environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations or emergencies
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on their level
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of child development stages and milestones
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques for different age groups, including toddlers
