Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Assist customers with order entry and provide support throughout the order fulfillment process

- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

- Assist with event planning and coordination as required

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and transcribing documents

Qualifications:

- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and other relevant software applications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Experience in project coordination or personal assistant roles is beneficial
