Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our office, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have strong organizational skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and schedule appointments as needed
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as assigned
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for staff members
- Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience with project coordination and calendar management is a plus
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is an advantage

Pay:

Starting amount $17/hr with the opportunity to increase to $18/hr after 30 days
