• Assist in all aspects of residential construction projects, including framing, roofing, siding, and interior finishing.
• Follow blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate and precise construction.
• Perform tasks such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials according to project requirements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate tasks and address issues as they arise.
• Uphold high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of construction equipment and tools as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality control, and code compliance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential construction or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in operating a variety of hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to Travel
