- 10 years of relevant work experience
- Professional degree in architecture
- Professional registration
- Design and technical detailing experience
- Fluency of 2d and 3d drafting and modeling software
- Digital graphic skills, including familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in Revit
- Multifamily Experience desired, but not required
- Work directly with senior leadership to lead the architectural process from inception to completion
- Coordinate internal team and consultants to maintain a project’s budget, staffing and scheduling
- Provide direction on code requirements, technical detailing and construction documents to internal team
- Responsible to be involved throughout construction administration and review all needed submittals, shop drawings and conduct on-site observations and reports
