Responsibilities

• Monitor/ process/verify skip and bin data to ensure billing accuracy
• Follow up with drivers to clarify billing queries
• Ensuring customers have correct invoice documentation
• Setting up new customers on accounts system
• Any other ad hoc administrative duties as they may arise
