Responsibilities

Place of Hope is seeking a full-time Case Coordinator to support young adult residents, some who are parenting, as they progress through our supportive housing independent living program. Responsibilities include managing files, coordinating services (with case managers, therapists, schools, employers, etc.), problem-solving, working with volunteers, assisting with life-skills development, and providing encouragement and accountability.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in related field

· Must be flexible with hours (including on-call responsibilities)

· Highly organized, a self-starter, relational, and possess strong critical thinking skills

· Embody a patient and passionate commitment to homeless individuals and parents ranging from 18-30 years old
