Job Description: Host/Hostess

Duties:
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Utilize the Toast POS system to manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, assist with inquiries, and take reservations.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Toast POS system is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
