Summary:

PKL Services Inc. is contracted to maintain and operate Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) F-15SG and United States Air Force (USAF) F-15E aircraft and equipment assigned to the 366th Fighter Wing located at Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), Idaho. PKL employees at this site are subject to a Union/Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) regarding employment terms and work rules.

The Plans, Scheduling, and Documentation (PS&D) Engine Management Branch (EMB) shall provide management and oversight of assigned resources. EMB manages unit efforts to maintain adequate engine support for mission requirements. EMB monitors engine removals and replacements, component tracking, engine TCTOs and TCIs, engine records in the MIS and CEMS. The contractor shall be responsible for monitoring Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO)’s, aircraft configuration management, maintenance and flying scheduling.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Schedule, track, and monitor TCTO requirements and ensure TCTO’s are completed prior to the TCTO ground date or request extensions from the appropriate agency when required.

• Ensure plans, schedules, and maintenance actions are documented on assigned engines.

• Ensure all engine SIs are loaded in MIS against the engine, not against the aircraft.

• Ensure all engine/module inspections/TCIs tracked by EOT, Calculated Cycles (CCY), Total Accumulated Cycles (TAC), etc., are loaded/tracked in the MIS and CEMS databases.

• Assist in developing all flying and maintenance plans and shall assist in building the annual plan and publish the weekly, monthly, and quarterly flying and maintenance plans.

• Performs Engine Management Branch (EMB) duties. TCTO monitoring for engines will be coordinated through Engine Management Branch using applicable AFI’s and procedures.

• Any and all other duties as directed by the Program Manager/Site Manager.

Required Educational/Skills Background:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S.).

• Minimum six (6) years previous experience in PS&D duties EMB.

• Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.

Physical Demands:

This position requires normal physical functions. Work may require frequent bending, reaching, and climbing. Normal color/depth perception and no record of emotional instability are required.

Work Environment (ADA):

May be required to work in areas in or near a hangar/ flight line that may be noisy at times. May be exposed to moderate discomforts, such as heat, cold and wind. May be required to wear personal protective equipment when in or passing thru a hazardous area.
