Position Overview : The ideal candidate will have 10 years of PM / Field experience in water plants, pump station, wastewater plants, industrial facilities, and mechanical.
The ideal candidate will also have experience bidding mechanical and plant type work. The candidate will also have the ability to understand crew sizes, production and materials to build and maintain plants and pump stations.
Experience with HeavyBid with knowledge of Excel, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office a plus. Experience contributing to bids to DOTs and State / municipal entities is highly desired.
Ideal candidates possess strong personal initiative, excellent planning and problem-solving capabilities, and effective interpersonal skills.Responsibilities :
